Bay Path offers a wide range of amenities and services including a Barber Shop/Salon, musical entertainment, shopping excursions, field trips and onsite activities.

Social services counseling and discharge planning are important elements of the care and services Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center provides. Social workers help to identify a resident’s psychosocial, mental and emotional needs and then develop individualized plans to meet those needs. Discharge planners define additional services and follow-up resources necessary to ensure a smooth transition from the nursing center home.
