"I'm looking forward to welcoming the Sugar Hill family into my own. I take great pleasure in working with others and look forward to getting to know the residents. Furthermore, I look forward to opening the doors to future community members while getting a chance to offer them optimal aging opportunities. My motto has always been "age with us" and Sugar Hill offers that chance and so much more.”

“We are thrilled to have Erica on board. She is deeply connected to the community and has made it her life’s work to improve the lives of seniors,” said Kristen Reilly McHugh, director of operations – North/West, for BaneCare Management, the management organization for Sugar Hill. “Erica has a proven track record of providing exceptional care and programming to older adults, while creating an environment that values compassion, dignity and respect for our residents.”

A 2021 winner of the “Best of the Berkshires” Assisted Living, Sugar Hill is the area’s destination for fine retirement livingassisted living and memory care, where every detail is designed to help our residents live well.
