Position Name: MMQ Coordinator
Location: John-Scott House - BaneSouth

John Scott House Nursing and Rehab Center is looking to hire and MMQ Coordinator! Essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct routine record audits to maintain MMQ's for assigned center. Analyze data and and advise staff on acceptable standards of documentation at all levels.
• Serves as a resource person to staff for development and evaluation of resident care plans.
• Review, revise and update nursing documentation procedures. Provide staff education regarding documentation annually and as needed for new staff.
• Ensures documentation is complete in areas of responsibility.
• Participates, when needed, with MDS audits and can substitute for MDS Coordinator at PPS meetings. Will work collaboratively with MDS Coordinator and HIM to ensure completion of time-sensitive documentation..

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and be highly organized while paying close attention to detail. Must be able to speak, read, and write English effectively.

Possession of a current Massachusetts RN or LPN license required. Experience in long term care preferred.
