JOHN SCOTT HOUSE WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR OF NURSING SERVICES

Altagrace Metayer, R.N. Joins John Scott House Rehab and Nursing Center

October 1, 2019, BRAINTREE, MA – John Scott House Rehab and Nursing Center is proud to announce and welcome Altagrace Metayer, R.N., as the center’s director of nursing services. Metayer will work in partnership with the building’s executive director and will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, overseeing all nursing departments and providing patient oversight. 

Metayer, who holds degrees from Roxbury Community College, Boston City Hospital School of Nursing, and Endicott College, has nearly twenty years of experience in short-term rehab and long-term care. In her previous roles as supervisor, MDS coordinator, and director of nursing, she has successfully led her team in delivering quality service and has offered strong staff leadership. This background has helped Metayer to make an easy transition to John Scott House.
