Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Welcomes Dr. Antonio M. Garcia as Medical Director
DUXBURY, Mass. — Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Antonio M. Garcia, DO, as its new Medical Director.
Dr. Garcia is a board-certified internal medicine physician affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth and Pembroke Medical Group. He brings extensive experience caring for patients with complex acute and chronic medical conditions, including heart failure, respiratory disease and other conditions requiring ongoing medical management.
A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Garcia has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical leadership, patient-centered care and medical education. In addition to caring for patients throughout the region, he has experience managing medically complex cases and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.

As Medical Director, Dr. Garcia will provide clinical leadership and physician oversight at Bay Path, working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes and continuity of care for both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents.
Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, located at 308 Kingstown Way in Duxbury, provides skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. The center is currently rated Five Stars for Overall Quality by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
