It is so difficult to put into words out heartfelt appreciation for the supportive care that our loved one, Bill A. received at Bay Path. We realize that it’s not an easy job for any of you with constant demands and needs of your residents being a daily consideration. Everyone from the welcoming ladies at the front desk, the staff at the desk at Alden, the administration, the nursing and the social worker staff, the CNAS, food service, maintenance, speech and physical therapy all provided an exceptional level of care.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the management, owners and staff members at John Scott House for the services and care provided to my mother, Dorothy A., during her stay there from June of 2012 until her passing there on November 16, 2017 just after her 94th birthday. Over that five and a half years there were many issues and challenges from day to day, but I have to say the services could not have been better, in every situation...

I’d like to take this opportunity to extend our sincerest thanks to the staff of both the Addison Gilbert Hospital and the Seacoast Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Over the last few months, my father was a patient at both facilities. He’s now able to continue his stroke recovery care at home. We credit his progress to first, the Gloucester Fire Department, the ER staff at AGH, the attending specialists, nursing staff, aides, nutritionists, therapists, and nurse practitioners.
