On-Site DaVita Dialysis in Quincy
Hancock Park in Quincy offers on-site dialysis provided by DaVita for eligible short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents.
Receiving dialysis within the facility eliminates the need for repeated transportation to an outside dialysis center and allows patients to remain at Hancock Park for treatment. This can make recovery more convenient while helping our nursing, rehabilitation and dialysis teams coordinate care.
For patients who need both skilled nursing rehabilitation and dialysis following a hospital stay, our admissions team can help determine whether Hancock Park can meet their clinical needs.
Cardiac Care & Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Management I Specialized Cardiac Care and Rehabilitation
At Hancock Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Quincy, Massachusetts, our specialized cardiac care program provides personalized nursing and rehabilitation services for individuals living with congestive heart failure (CHF) and other cardiac conditions.
Under the medical direction of Dr. Michael Mentakis, our cardiac care program focuses on helping residents manage symptoms, improve functional capacity and build the knowledge and confidence needed to manage their condition.
Our nursing and rehabilitation teams are specially trained in CHF management, with care guided by national CHF guidelines and individualized to each resident’s needs.
Our CHF and cardiac care program includes:
- Specialized Nursing and Rehabilitation: Nursing and rehabilitation staff trained in CHF management, including physical and occupational therapy.
- Physician Oversight: Medical oversight of treatment plans, medications and interventions.
- Daily Weight Monitoring: Ongoing weight monitoring and IV Lasix when clinically indicated.

Street parking is available on Parkingway, School Street and Hancock Court. Additional parking options include:
St. John’s Church (School Street): Hancock Park has designated parking spaces on the right side of the church when facing the building. From the church, cross School Street to Hancock Court, located between two tall apartment buildings. Walk to the end of Hancock Court, where you’ll find a small parking garage on the left. Enter through the garage door for access to our lobby.
Public Paid Parking: Paid parking lots are is located at the corner of General McConville Way and Walter J. Hannon Parkway and 181 Parkingway. Parking is $1 per hour for up to 8 hours, seven days a week.
