Position Name: RN/LPNs, per diem positions
Location: Sugar Hill - BaneWest
Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community is looking to hire part time and per diem RN/LPNs to work weekends and some rotating evening shifts in our elegant mansion.
We offer retirement living, assisted living and a memory care unit.
The position is responsible for welcoming new residents, assisting care providers with the implementation of service plans, overseeing the provision of assistance with ADLs as needed, communication, scheduling diagnostic tests and other services as needed, as well as other duties as deemed necessary. Qualifications : Must be a licensed RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts
Must demonstrate competency in the following areas:
Supervising of staff
Assessing health and personal care needs
Establish and implementing plans to meet needs
Communication skills - both written and oral
Interpersonal relations
