Position Name: Housekeeping/Floor Tech
Location: Bay Path - BaneSouth

Bay Path Rehab & Nursing has a great full-time opportunity for a Housekeeping/Porter to join our Housekeeping team. Our porters perform the following:

• Use equipment to strip and refinish tile floors, and carpet extraction

• Burnish floors, buff carpets, clean common areas

• Ensure that the property is clean and welcoming for our residents at all times

• Walk the exterior of the property to remove any debris

• Clean the interior of the building

• Ensure all trash cans are emptied daily

• Assist with snow removal during winter months

The ideal candidate will have:

• Some porter experience preferred, but will train

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
