Job Description:

Immediate Fulltime opening for a Nurse Manager position for our Long-term Unit. Excellent pay and benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Nurse Manager with qualities that will enhance and complement our team.

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for assuring quality of care, enforce state and federal regulations, maintain a clean, safe work environment while supervising the clinical team on our Long-term Unit.

Must possess strong clinical, communication and organizational skills and be able to maintain a cooperative relationship with practitioners, multi-disciplinary professional staff, friends and families.

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice nursing in the State of Massachusetts.

Experience with Point Click Care software required.
